• While you retain ownership of your generated assets, the core Canva Craft platform and Image editing technology remain the property of Canva Craft.

Asset Storage and Retention

1. Storage Policy: Assets generated through Canva Craft (including images, videos, and 3D models) are stored permanently on our platform for your convenience.

2. Inactive Account Cleanup: If your account remains inactive (no login activity) for a continuous period of 6 months, Canva Craft reserves the right to remove your stored assets to manage storage resources efficiently.

3. Subscriber Protection: Users with an active paid subscription are exempt from inactive account cleanup, regardless of login frequency.

4. Prior Notification: For users who have previously held a paid subscription, we will send an email notification approximately 14 days before any scheduled asset removal. Simply logging in to your account will reset the inactivity period.

5. No Guarantee of Permanent Availability: While we strive to maintain your assets, Canva Craft does not guarantee indefinite storage. We strongly recommend downloading important assets to your local device.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using Canva Craft:

• Unauthorized access to or distribution of our proprietary code and Image editing technology
• Reselling or redistributing Canva Craft-generated assets without authorization
• Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service
• Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempting to bypass any security features of the service
• Generating adult or sexually explicit content: You must not use our AI image or video generation tools to create, request, or attempt to generate pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise adult ("NSFW") content. This includes but is not limited to nudity, sexual acts, and content that sexualizes minors. Violation of this term will result in immediate account termination.

The applicable subscription fee will be automatically charged to your payment method on file at the beginning of each new billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

Refunds

Cancel Subscription

• You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account's subscription settings. Here's how: Hover your mouse on your avatar > “User Center” > “Billing” > “Manage Subscription” > “Cancel Subscription”
• After cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the next billing period, and this charge is non-refundable.
• No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused time, mid-cycle cancellations, or subscription downgrades under any circumstances.

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions provided on the Site. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease.

Termination by Canva Craft

Canva Craft may terminate or suspend your account or access to the Service, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately terminate, and you must cease all use of the Service. Any accrued rights or obligations will survive termination, including those related to payment and intellectual property.

Third-Party AI Models Disclaimer

Canva Craft is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any AI model provider whose technology may power this service. All product names, trademarks, and brands of third-party AI model providers referenced or used are the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability
